Alvin holds a Bachelors of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Queensland, Australia.
Desmond LeeChief People Officer & Co-founder of HReasilyDesmond Lee is the Chief People Officer for HReasily, with 9 years of working experience across various industries. Desmond co-founded HReasily with his partners and was responsible for launching products and opening markets in countries such as Malaysia and Hong Kong. With his footprints in various functions and departments, he aims to better empower his colleagues at HReasily by having a deeper understanding of the requirements and difficulties faced by each department.
He has an MPhil in Industrial Systems, Manufacturing and Management from the University of Cambridge, UK, and a Bachelors in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London, UK.
Before joining HReasily, Mr. Desmond was part of Bridge Resourcing, a HR Consultancy and Search firm, as Director of Operations. Before that he was an interim CEO and director of a College in Malaysia.
Iris GohAssociate Director of Human Resources, Mazars in SingaporeIris Goh is the Associate Director – Human Resources for Mazars in Singapore with more than 20 years of solid working experience She has more than 23 years of diverse working experience spanning across areas such as Corporate Secretarial, Business Development, Human Resources, and an educator specialising in teaching HR at tertiary level. Iris holds an MBA majoring in Human Resource Management, a BBA majoring in Finance and a post-graduate certificate from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK.
Her career journey offers her diverse experience and opportunities covering Asia regions. She is skilled in handling employee lifecycle management, total rewards and compensations, training and development, mentoring and coaching, as well as developing strategic HR practices and solutions.
